I started cooking at 10 years old and never stopped to this day. During my business studies, I started a vegan, organic, ethical, zero waste lunches for two years. grew up in Ottawa, Canada, then moved to London, Canada, to study and graduate
with Honors in Philosophy and Psychology from Western University.
I’m a mom to two amazing kids with severe food allergies to different things (dairy,
cashews, eggs, beef) and that’s where my love and passion grew for cooking and
baking healthy, delicious, and kid-approved meals for my family. I made it my
mission to make their lives as ‘normal’ as possible and not let food get in the way.

● What makes you unique? I have a focus on education as it should give you an idea of what you can do, what you want to avoid, and how to help yourself move forward. Education should also encourage and empower you with the knowledge that your efforts will get you better.

Sonia is an entrepreneur by day and an avid vegetarian cook by night. Originally Born in Moscow, she grew up in Montreal, Canada. As the founder of K7E Consulting, she spends her days helping clients with business development and marketing needs and helps them in all aspects of growth. She's equally as passionate about spreading her knowledge of health and wellness. A vegetarian for many years herself, she's discovered the many benefits of living a plant-based diet, using clean beauty products, practicing yoga and aims to be as knowledgeable as possible about health. Sonia has been a huge fan of GoGo Quinoa for years and absolutely loves the Quinoa Flakes, Quinoa Flour and Puffed Quinoa Cocoa Cereal. Adriana enjoys working out and keeping active with her family, playing sports and doing other activities.
