Hi Sarah! Thank you for reaching out. There are no transfats in the spaghetti. We apologize for a printing error that is now fixed on the current reprint.

Love the texture, even better than wheat pasta! I would like to know the relative proportion of rice to quinoa flour in the product?

Hi Maria ! The exact ratio cannot be disclosed but our supplier in Italy guarantees a minimum of 21% of quinoa versus rice in the spaghetti.

My wife is Gluten and because of this, I have had to eat various Spaghetti, from our companies, and I was not in love with them. We found the GoGo Quinoa at Costco and fell in love with it. Telling no one, people have eaten it at our house and don’t know the difference. My son-in-law, 100% Italian tried it 2 night ago and really loved it. He thought and still thinks that it was normal Spaghetti, why tell him the truth. Went to Costco this morning and was told that they no longer carried it, and there was no stock at any other store. Great disappointment that Costco no longer carries your product, but not surprised as they have done this before on other products. The search goes on!!

Thank you for that wonderful comment. We are so glad to be able to provide you with a tasty gluten-free option that you and your family love. As you mentioned, Costco stopped selling our spaghetti a little while ago. If you live in Canada, you can purchase many formats of our spaghetti on our online store: gogoquinoa.com/store.

Hi Joni, we don’t have control of the product availability when we work with resellers. We are working with Costco US to continue offering pasta but for the moment, it is only sold in the US through Amazon.com. You can always leave a request for our products at your Costco store, they usually have a suggestion box. Hope this helps!
