High-quality pasta made with 100% organic sorghum, quinoa, amaranth and chia flours. Al dente texture. Excellent source of fibre. GMO free, gluten free, peanut free, soy free, egg free and corn free.


Preparation and cooking

Bring 2 liters of water to a boil. Add salt if desired. When the water is boiling, add the pasta and cook for 9 minutes or to desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse promptly with cold water. Serve immediately with your favourite sauce and condiments.

    I wanted to try this product as a healthier option. Some experimentation has led me to conclude that it holds up better when “under-cooked.” When cooked per package directions I’ve noted they tend to get mushy and even fall to pieces. Less time seems better. Just added it to an Asian codfish soup by boiling it for 4-5 minutes before rinsing in cold water. Added these noodles to the serving bowl and then ladled very hot soup over them. Result was nice al dente noodles.
