  • 227 gr Fusilli Lentil & Quinoa
  • 2 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of cooked white beans
  • 1/2 cup of cashews
  • 1/3 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp of hot chili flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. Cook the pasta according to the directions on the package.
  2. In a saucepan, sauté the onion, garlic, red pepper flakes until golden brown.
  3. In a high-speed blender, mix all ingredients.
  4. Heat the sauce, add the pasta, enjoy!
