Ginger & Sesame Quinoa Salad

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE SALAD:

  • White Royal GoGo Quinoa
  • Red & orange bell peppers, diced
  • Broccoli, in small florets
  • Black beans
  • Sesame seeds (white or black)
  • Freshly chopped cilantro

FOR THE DRESSING:

  • Sesame oil
  • Wheat free Tamari
  • Lemon juice
  • Brown rice vinegar
  • Maple syrup
  • Garlic
  • Ginger

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Cook the White Royal GoGo Quinoa according to package instructions.
  2. While the quinoa is cooking, dice the vegetables and lightly steam the broccoli (optional).
  3. To make the dressing, mix together the sesame oil, wheat free tamari, lemon juice, brown rice vinegar, maple syrup, ginger and garlic.
  4. Combine all the ingredients together and mix well.
  5. Serve at room temperature or chilled with some fresh cilantro and sesame seeds.
