5 Grains and Kale Salad
Ingredients
A bundle of kale, chopped (stems removed)
½ cup of 5 Grains mix GoGo Quinoa
¼ cup White Quinoa GoGo Quinoa
½ red onion minced
1 red pepper cubed
1 yellow pepper cubed
Minced parsley
Olive oil to taste
The juice of 2 lemons
Pink salt to taste
Instructions
Cook the 5 Grains mix and the quinoa together (2 cups of water for this recipe). When cooked, cool aside. In a salad bowl, toss together the kale, parsley, onion and pepper. Salt to taste and add the cooled grains mix. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the salad and toss to combine. Serve immediately. Enjoy !
