Choco-quinoa cookies

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp. of aquafaba (chickpea water)
  • 1 tsp. of vanilla extract
  • ½ cup of almond butter (tahini, hazelnut, peanut …)
  • ½ tsp. of baking soda
  • 1/3 cup of sugar (or coconut sugar)
  • 1/3 cup of cocoa powder
  • ½ cup of chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp. of chia seeds
  • ¼ cup of GoGo Quinoa’s quinoa flake
  • ½ tsp. of cinnamon

Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350 F
2. In a bowl. mix liquids together (aquafaba, vanilla extract, nut butter)
3. In another bowl. Mix remaining ingredients (except chocolate chips)
4. Add the liquid mixture to the dry mix and add the chocolate chips
5. Form the cookies and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
6. Cook the cookies for 11 to 12 minutes and let them rest.
