Cinnamon Raisin GoGonola Recipe

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients:
1 package hot cereal (360g)
1 package cinnamon crunchies
¼ cup flaxseeds
½ cup large coconut flakes
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup currant raisins
1.5 tbsp ground cinnamon

Wet:
¼ cup tahini
½ cup maple syrup
1 cup banana puree
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 300°F
  2. Using the food processor, lightly pulse the cinnamon crunchies until they reach a smaller consistency (like puffed rice).
  3. In a medium size bowl transfer the pulsed crunchies and all dry ingredients except for the raisins.
  4. Using the same food processor blend all wet ingredients.
  5. Mix wet and dry ingredients together.
  6. Spread evenly on baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Cook for approximately 20-25 minutes, “stirring” the mix every 5 minutes for uniform baking.
  8. Remove from oven and let cool.
