Ingredients
- 2 tbsp of chia seeds in 1/4 cup of water (let sit for 30 minutes)
- 1/2 cup of fresh date purée
- 1/4 cup of maple syrup
- 1/2 cup of GoGo Quinoa quinoa flakes
- 1/2 cup of GoGo Quinoa buckwheat flakes
- 3/4 cup of dark chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup of sprouted buckwheat
- 1/2 tsp of vanilla
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients together
- Form the balls
- Let them sit in the fridge for 2 hours
