Fusilli Salad and Quinoa Salad with fresh spring vegetables

Ingredients

Fusilli Salad:

1 pack of GoGo Quinoa Fusilli
Cucumbers, diced
Tomatoes, diced
Green onions
parsley
basil leaves
Olive oil
Pink salt

Quinoa Salad Red & White:

Quinoa Red & White
Red peppers, diced
Orange peppers, diced
Mango, diced
fresh coriander
basil leaves
cranberry
Cashews and pecans
Olive oil
Pink salt

Instructions

  1. Cook the fusilli pasta following the instructions on the package. Drain the pasta, put into a bowl and let cool.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package. After cooking, set aside and let cool.
  4. Put the quinoa in a bowl, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
