Easter Chocolate mousse

Ingredients

  • The water of a 540 ml chickpea can – aquafaba
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips melted
  • Option : 1 tbls of coconut nectar or maple syrup
  • ½ cup of GoGo Quinoa puffs
  • 2 tbls of raw chocolate nibs

Instructions

  1. Mix the liquid of your chickpeas with an electric whisk and whisk until peaks form and you have a fluffy white consistency.
  2. Add the melted chocolate (and coconut nectar / maple syrup) and mix slowly.
  3. Transfer the mixture in some cups and leave them in the fridge to set for 24 hours.
  4. Sprinkle some quinoa puffs, raw chocolate nibs and serve.
