GoGo Quinoa Energy Balls

Ingredients

Makes 15 energy balls

Instructions

  1. Cook quinoa as indicated on the package (makes 1/2 cup of cooked quinoa).
  2. In a medium size bowl combine all ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Form 15 balls and roll until all balls are uniform.
  4. Lightly dust with cocoa powder.
