GoGo Quinoa Tacos

For 2 Tacos

Ingredients

2/3 cup (5 oz) of GoGo Quinoa Tex Mex Burger (add 1/3 cup warm water), shape 6 small patties and cook in olive oil. Set aside.
1 tomato diced
2 leaves of Romaine lettuce chopped
1/2 avocado diced
1/4 sliced red onion or 2 green onions chopped
Chopped fresh cilantro
2 taco shells
Fill in the taco shells with all the ingredients.

Instructions

Chipotle sauce (on the side)
2 tablespoons of mayonnaise or veganaise
1 teaspoon of water
1 teaspoon lime juice
1 pinch of sugar
1 pinch of pink salt
1 pinch of chipotle powder
1 pinch of cumin powder
1 pinch of dried thym
