Protein Packed creamy rotini

For 3 servings

Ingredients

  • 227 gr de rotini
  • 2 onions
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 cups of cooked white beans
  • 1/2 cup of cashews
  • 1/3 cup of nutritional yeast
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp of hot chili flakes
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1.  Cook the pasta following the instructions on the package.
  2.  In a pan, cook the onion, garlic, hot red pepper flakes, until golden.
  3.  In a high-speed blender, mix all the ingredients together.
  4.  Heat the sauce, add the cooked pasta, enjoy!
