Quinoa apple crumble

This delicious quinoa apple crumble will rock your world! It is easy to make and filled with good-for-you ingredients; dessert never tasted so good.  

For one 9″ pie

 

Ingredients

  • 6 peeled apples, cut them into small pieces
  • 1 1/4 cups quinoa flakes
  • 1/2 cup Gogo Quinoa Pancake Mix
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • 1/3 cup of semi-solid coconut oil (or butter substitute)
  • 1/3 cup cane sugar (or maple sugar flakes)

Instructions

Preheat oven at 350F

  1. Butter a 9″ pie dish with coconut oil or butter substitute
  2. Add the apple pieces and sprinkle with cinnamon to taste
  3. Mix your dry ingredients
  4. Add the coconut oil, make a crumble with your hands
  5. Pour your crumble over the apples.
  6. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
