Quinoa Berries Smoothie
Perfect for your cooked quinoa leftovers !
- 2/3 cup of cooked quinoa
- ¾ cup of frozen fruit (here we used blueberries and blackberries)
- ½ cup of vanilla yogurt of your choice (we used soy yogurt)
- ¾ cup of milk of your choice (here we used almond vanilla milk)
Option: For a sweeter taste add 1 or 2 dates
In a blender, mix all the ingredients
