Quinoa Berries Smoothie

Perfect for your cooked quinoa leftovers !

1 to 2 portions

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup of cooked quinoa
  • ¾ cup of frozen fruit (here we used blueberries and blackberries)
  • ½ cup of vanilla yogurt of your choice (we used soy yogurt)
  • ¾ cup of milk of your choice (here we used almond vanilla milk)

Option: For a sweeter taste add 1 or 2 dates

Instructions

In a blender, mix all the ingredients
