Quinoa Puff Tarts

Gives 10 to 12 tarts

Gluten free chocolate tarts made with quinoa puffs

Ingredients

80g of honey
70 g of pistachios
40 g of quinoa puffs
A little bit of butter or vegetable oil

For the chocolate

20g of rice flour
3 table spoons of cocoa powder
25 of sugar
20 ml of almond milk
35 g of butter
1 egg

Instructions

Put the pistachios in a mixer and mix until it turns into powder. Put it in a cooking pan and add the honey, stir a little until it melts. Then add the Quinoa puffs and coat them with the honey-pistachio mix. Grease the muffin pan, and spread the coated puffs at the bottom and on the sides of each hole of the muffin pan. Once done, keep it in the fridge between 30 and 45 minutes.
For the chocolate, mix all the ingredients together. Take the mix and fill them in the quinoa puffs. Add some pistachios on them for decoration.
Keep it in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
