Raw peanut butter tartlets

We’re excited to share with you this beautiful tartlet recipe. Easy, delicious and so photogenic!

For 2 portions

Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 cup of quinoa flakes or oat flakes (80g)
  • 1/4 cup of 100% natural peanut butter (60g)
  • 12 soft dates (80g)

Filling

  • 1 block soft tofu (250g)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup (40g)
  • 1 scoop of peanut butter protein powder or peanut butter powder (30g)

Instructions

  1. For the crust, place all of your ingredients into your food process and pulse everything until the mixture becomes crumbly but sticks together. Press mixture firmly into tartlet pans.
  2. For the filling, blend everything into a high speed blender until smooth. Pour over tartlets.
  3. Refrigerate 2 hours.
